The San Francisco 49ers won a big game against the Dallas Cowboys in Week 4 without any major injuries. The only injury in the game was to left guard Aaron Banks. Good news for San Francisco as Banks’ injury turned out to be a mild shoulder sprain. They are scheduled to travel to Cleveland this week. They will face a Browns team that will advance with a bye, but starting quarterback Deshaun Watson may be sidelined.

Deshaun Watson could miss a second consecutive game. Because of this, head coach Kevin Stefanski designated P.J. Walker as the No. 2 quarterback. Walker is currently on the Browns’ practice squad. He started seven games for Carolina from 2020-2022, completing 57.5 percent of his career passes with five touchdowns and 11 interceptions.
Another option at quarterback is rookie Dorian Thompson-Robinson, who started in the Browns’ 28-3 loss to the Ravens on Oct. 1. The rookie was 19-of-36 for 121 yards and three interceptions.
