Chapter IV PF THE CONSTITUTION OF THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA,1999 as amended

The right to life is the belief that every person has the right to live and not be killed by another entity.

This is our right under the constitution, encapsulated in section 33

“Every person has a right to life, and no one shall be deprived intentionally of his life, save in the execution of the sentence of a court in respect of a criminal offence of which he has been found guilty.”

There are also exceptions to this, which means this our right is not entirely free.

This is how our laws are?
