Yesterday, I was scrolling through Instagram while minding my own business. this question: “Use food to tell us where you’re from.”
What’s your answer? I was born with pain au chocolat, but I started elementary school with shrimp cocktail crisps and moved on to Detroit-style pizza for the rest of school and college (still eating it every summer. I had fish and chips with my family). When I was 22, I moved to Bagels and Lox and have lived there ever since.
